Training Sesson

Our training sessions prioritize healthy movement, building strength and improving range of motion. All client Training Sessions are tracked and delivered using The Greenlight Tracker app. We utilize a series of bodyweight, free weight and traditional weight training movements to create fun, engaging and effective workouts.

Mentoring Session

Our Mentoring Sessions are designed to give our clients the accountability needed for them to be successful outside of the studio. These 1 on 1 sessions with our Expert Trainers focus on building healthy habits, implementing weight loss strategies and providing the accountability necessary to achieve success!
